As parents of children victimized by the production of Child Pornography, we decry the use of this material as an offensive
"Black Bag" tool by private organizations and various intelligence agencies. Recent investigations into the commission of
Child Pornography have revealed links not only to crime syndicates, but also to more "Official" systems and perhaps even branches
of the armed forces as well as federal entities. As parents of children who have been victimized by the "Sanctioned" production
of Child Pornography, we urge those in authority to draw a line beyond which they will not morally transgress in the execution
of their duties. A "Win At All Costs" approach is not acceptable when it involves the official, yet covert, production of
Child Pornography. These tactics destroy the lives of young Americans, their families, their communities. These tactics
further blur the distinction we hold sacred between the good guys and, to use President Bush's words, "The Evil Doers."
Conscripting the youth of America for this ultimate sacrifice is not only Un-American, it is plainly evil.

Why does this horror exist?
It is the adult entertainment of choice for those individuals who, for reasons the rest of us cannot understand, view children
as sexual objects. This is the simple answer...but there is so much more.
Imagine a product that can provide a sure-fire win in a child custody case. Imagine a product that can instantly discredit
a subversive author, or a research scientist who talks too much. Imagine a product that, once in place, can bring the ultimate
in social shame and stigma. This product exists, and it is Child Pornography. Once arrested for the possesion of Child Pornography,
the "Target" now has to register every time he/she moves. Emmigration is out of the question, as no country will have them.
If they protest their inocence...no one will listen to a convicted "Pervert." What makes Child Pornography so insidious is
that it is a double bladed sword; it gratifies the sexual interests of pedaphiles and, it is the ultimate in "Black Bag" tools
for covert operations. Even if we, as the parents of children exploited by Child Pornography could find a "Magic Pill" to
cure pedaphiles, this still would not eliminate the lucrative market for child pornography. The demand would be less...but
by how much?

The Intentional Brain Damaging of Children Through Hypoxia!

We recently had a report from a teenage survivor of a Child Pornography factory operating in the Midwestern United States.
The report from this young person was extremely disturbing because it dealt with the intentional suffocation of children prior
to the actual filming process.
The survivor stated that plastic bags were routinely put over the children's heads and forcibly held in place until
the lack of oxygen made the child nearly unconsciousness. Reportedly, the children struggled and fought, gasping for air,
but they were suffocated into compliancy just before the filming began.
A psychiatrist working with survivors of Child Pornography production told ICP this was the method of achieving erectile
response in very young children. More commonly known as AutoErotic Asphyxiation, Hypoxia is induced in order to achieve
an erectile response in children, some younger than 5 years old. This particular survivor witnessed many other children
ritualistically asphyxiated and wakes up in the middle of the night, sometimes as often as 4 times a week, desperately clawing
at a plastic bag that isn't there - except in the frequent nightmares. Tiny scars mark the already desperately serious face
of this survivor, remnants of clawing at phantom plastic bags in the dead of the night.
There are long term effects evident in these survivors from the brain damaging actions of hypoxia. Every one of these
children is learning impaired and some have lost the ability to speak and retain new knowledge.
There are a lot of worthy causes on the Internet. Some organizations feed children, some educate, and other groups provide
necessary medical care. The International Coalition of Parents, on the other hand, is attempting to build an organization
whose aim is to keep America's Children from being drugged, raped, and even brain damaged from intentional suffocation by
perverts generating millions upon millions of dollars in child pornography.

Mission Statement
To bring together, in unity, the parents of young people victimized by the production of Child Pronography. To offer compassion,
to exchange ideas, and to provide emotional and legal support for parents trying to do their jobs as parents in the face of
the most psychologically destructive phenomena of our century. To investigate the etiology of commissioned Child Pornography
and compile demographics to identify geographic "Hot Spots" of this activity. To lobby and incite to action the various mechanisms
of church and state in a joint effort to combat the proliferation of the single most destructive crime that can be perpetrated
against a minor, the production of child pornography.
UPDATE: March 13th, 2006-
We are adding to our mission statement that ICP.org will endeavor to insure that the victims of child sexual assault will
receive JUSTICE as they strive to rebuild their shattered lives. We have cases where these victims are being denied the mechanisms
of JUSTICE provided for in our legal system. Claims for compensation have been hindered, applications for Social Security
Disability have been intentionally stalled. Most of the Child Survivors of ritual sexual abuse will be, to varying extents,
DISABLED from their ordeal. Yet applications for SSI disability are often delayed, hindered, and in some way "Interferred"
with. This outrage must stop! These children must not be "Re-Victimized" by a society that isn't paying attention to their
continual harassment at they hands of high-dollar, professional "Monkey-Wrenchers." These children have a right to their
insurance claims, SSI, and other sources of funding as they struggle to make a life out of the debris that is left-over from
years and years of serial sexual assault.
